SUNDAY SERVICES

Every Sunday beginning at 10:30 am at 2544 19th St. SE in Salem, Oregon.

Social Discussion Group: Evening group meets every Sunday from 6:00 until 7:30 pm.

Monthly Bible Discussion and Meal:  Once a month we share a meal and have thought provoking discussion following worship. 
Join us on July 8th following worship to discuss the second and third chapters of Romans and have some great food. There is no charge, but a suggested donation of $5 to benefit the Patricia Jackson Memorial Conference Fund is requested.

Welcome to our church's web site. We believe that we are a unique community with a special message and ministry that welcomes all people. Sweet Spirit is a warm and welcoming congregation. We are a Christ-centered community that is committed to social justice, peace-making and compassionate action in the world.

We are truly a unique church for many reasons, among these is our outreach to the lesbian, gay and transgendered community. What ultimately distinguishes us from other churches are the philosophies that we practice.

We would be honored if you would join us in this process of becoming. We have not arrived, but we are enjoying our journey together. It may take a couple of visits to become comfortable enough to begin to look for your place, but let us assure you there is a place for you here.
